By creating an account or using Grout Social you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Grout Social is a social media content generation and management platform operated by PLANIT Innovations UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Grout Social is intended for use by business owners, freelancers, consultants, and professionals across any sector who want to grow their brand on social media.
You must be 18 or over to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@getplanit.co.uk.
You may not create accounts for others without their permission, use automated tools to create accounts, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Grout Social is available on the following subscription plans:
All new subscriptions include a free trial period (7 days for Starter and Pro, 14 days for Pro Connect). Your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 10 months and provide 12 months of access. This is a fixed-term commitment and is subject to our refund policy.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
You are entitled to one free trial per email address. We reserve the right to cancel trials we believe are being abused or created to circumvent payment.
Grout Social uses artificial intelligence to generate social media content suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing it. You must not publish AI-generated content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or in breach of any third-party rights.
We do not claim ownership of content generated for you. You own the output. However, we accept no liability for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of any AI-generated content you choose to publish.
You agree not to use Grout Social to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice or refund.
The Pro Connect plan integrates with Zernio for social media auto-posting. This integration is subject to Zernio's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of Zernio's service, or for any content published via Zernio on your behalf.
We aim to provide Grout Social with 99% uptime but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance that results in temporary downtime. We will give reasonable notice where possible.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give at least 30 days notice and offer a pro-rata refund for any unused paid period.
All technology, design, and content comprising the Grout Social platform is owned by PLANIT Innovations UK Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLANIT Innovations UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Grout Social, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational damage.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
