We want you to be happy with Grout Social. If something is not right, contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it before processing any refund.
All Grout Social plans include a free trial period. You will not be charged during your trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. No refund is necessary as no payment has been taken.
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period if you cancel partway through. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, after which it will not renew.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund if appropriate.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront. We offer a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge if you have not made significant use of the service. After 14 days, we may offer a pro-rata refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
If you are experiencing a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will prioritise resolving the issue.

We aim to respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5-10 working days depending on your bank.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase unless you have already begun using the service. By starting your free trial or using the service, you acknowledge that you have received the service and waive this 14-day cooling-off right.
